Fitness Department Layout at Retail Stores
To gain a better understanding of the impact of the company's fitness product placement in comparison to its competitors, I gathered information from different retail stores and a created map of its fitness department. I gathered different data information depending on what the manager needed to know from that store. Some of data contain how much share each competitors dvds have on the retailers space along with the price points of the company's products versus its competitors.

Wubbzy DVD Release Store Check
In the Childrens department, I focused on one particular DVD and compared its placement across a variety of retailers: Best Buy, Costco, K-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, Toys 'R' Us, and Wal-Mart. I gathered information such as where the product was placed, how it was placed, the price of the product, if it was discounted, if it was promoted in the circular ads, and any other relevant information. Then I placed the key information into a presentation. - Best Buy
